I joined the real estate industry after graduating from James Madison University in 2001 - Go Dukes!  Since 2002 I have had the tremendous pleasure and honor of working with the Colony Realty team in Winchester, VA.

Selling a house on your own can be a daunting task, but with , a trusted real estate professional by your side, it becomes a breeze.

    Bridget will begin by touring your home and discussing any recommendations to get your home in top marketable condition. Then she will research recent and nearby market data in order to complete a comparative market analysis on your home. Upon reviewing and acceptance of the analysis, we will execute a listing agreement.


    Once your property is active (for sale) on the market, Bridget will keep you updated on all showing activity and feedback.  She will present to you all purchase offers that are submitted, and will negotiate on your behalf to make sure you are getting the most favorable terms in order to sell your property!
